The USA PATRIOT Act and other applicable regulations require Lane Berry to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each client with whom we conduct business and to determine the source of funding for contemplated transactions. Accordingly, we may ask you to provide copies of identifying documents for your organization (i.e., articles of incorporation and tax ID) as well as identifying information for executive management and board members as applicable. We may be required to disclose this information pursuant to applicable laws, rules or regulations, but it will otherwise be retained in confidence according to our Privacy Policy.
Lane Berry Business Continuity Plans
Lane Berry maintains a business continuity plan to address interruptions to our normal course of business. These plans are reviewed annually and updated as necessary. Consistent with regulatory requirements, we provide this disclosure statement.
Our business continuity plans outline the action we will take in the event of a building, business district, city-wide, or regional incident, including relocating technology and operational personnel to pre-assigned alternative site(s). Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions are unpredictable, we will have to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. Our plans provide that after performing an initial assessment of the event, our recovery time objective for business resumption is 4 hours for disruptions affecting our building and 36 hours for disruptions affecting our business district, city or region. This recovery objective may be negatively affected by the unavailability of external resources and circumstances beyond our control.
